What is a photo booth and how does it work at an event?

It is a photo booth set up at your venue: guests step in, pose with the props and hold the print in their hands within seconds. Every shot is kept digitally as well, and the next day you receive an online gallery with all the photos. An attendant stays beside the booth for the whole booking and guides your guests.

How much does a photo booth cost for a wedding?

Our three packages are €480 for a classic photo booth for 3 hours, €730 for a magic mirror or classic booth for 4 hours and €1100 for a 360 booth together with a classic booth, also 4 hours. What is included in a photo booth rental?

Every package includes an attendant with the booth for the full booking, unlimited prints, a backdrop, a props box, your names and date printed on every photo, and an online gallery of every shot the next day. Setup and takedown are not charged separately. Signature adds a guestbook album and a premium backdrop; Ultimate adds a 360 booth and a second attendant.

What are the most common add-ons?

An extra hour costs €110 on Essential and €150 on Signature or Ultimate. A guestbook album, where it is not already included, is €100, a premium backdrop €150 and custom props for your theme €75. Idle time, when the booth is set up but closed, is charged at €50 per hour. All prices are final, VAT included.

How many hours should I book?

Packages start at 3 hours. For a wedding or a large reception the most common choice is 4 hours, because it comfortably covers the peak of the night. If you want the booth to stay longer, the extra hour is added to the quote: €110 on Essential, €150 on Signature or Ultimate.

How much space does a photo booth need?

For a classic booth or a magic mirror allow about 2×2 m as a minimum, ideally 2.5×2.5 to 3×3 m so guests can move with the props. A 360 booth needs roughly 3×3 m of firm, level ground, with clear height around the rotating arm. It also needs a nearby mains power socket.

Can a photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, given firm level ground, cover from sun and rain, protection from strong wind and access to mains power. Many Greek venues are outdoors, so describe the setup to us — beach, garden or terrace — and we will advise the safest option.

Is an attendant present for the whole event?

Yes. An attendant stays with the booth for the full booking, guides your guests and looks after the prints. In the Ultimate package, where two booths run together, there are two attendants. At the booth itself we work in five languages: Greek, English, Arabic, Italian and French.

What is the difference between a 360 booth and a classic photo booth?

The 360 booth produces 360° slow-motion video for social media and needs roughly 3×3 m of clear space. The classic booth produces printed photos, is more discreet and starts at €480 for 3 hours. In the €1100 Ultimate package both run together, for 4 hours.

Do you cover events outside Attica and on the islands?

Yes, all of Greece, mainland and islands, and only within Greece. In Attica we charge no travel fee at all. Beyond Attica a fixed band applies: €220 up to 150 km from Athens, €450 from 150 to 300 km and €700 over 300 km. For island events the team's tickets and the equipment freight are charged at cost and itemised in the quote.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. For a wedding the common guidance is at least six months ahead, because peak Saturdays and summer dates go first. If you are planning a wedding in Greece from abroad, reserve the date early. Send us the date and the venue on WhatsApp and you get a written, itemised quote back.
