The answer first: photo booth rental starts at €480 for a classic booth for 3 hours, €730 for a magic mirror or classic booth for 4 hours, and €1100 for a 360 booth together with a classic booth for 4 hours. All three are final totals with VAT included, and they apply in Athens and across Attica with no travel fee. Most vendors in Greece will not publish a number — we publish ours, with the add-ons and travel bands underneath, so you can work out your own total before you even message us.

Every figure is the total you pay, with VAT already inside it — there is no second number at the end. Prices apply in Attica with no travel fee; outside Attica a fixed travel fee is added by distance band (see below).

Travel: Attica is free, the rest of Greece is a fixed band
We charge no travel fee anywhere in Attica — the Athens Riviera, Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Piraeus, Kifisia, Marousi, Chalandri and every suburb. Outside Attica the fee is fixed and published, based on distance from Athens:

The overnight (€110) is added only when the event is more than 250 km away or ends after 23:00, so returning the same night is not possible. Islands. The distance band above still applies, and on top of it the ferry or flight tickets and the equipment freight are charged at cost, with no mark-up, and itemised in your written quote before you commit — never added afterwards. There is no fixed island figure because it depends on the route and the date.
What drives your final price
- The package you pick — €480, €730 or €1100. That is the base of your total.
- Hours — each extra hour is €110 on Essential and €150 on Signature or Ultimate.
- Location — nothing in Attica; €220, €450 or €700 outside it by band, plus €110 overnight where it applies.
- Add-ons — guestbook album, premium backdrop, custom props.
- Idle time — if the booth has to stay set up but closed (during the sit-down dinner, for example), that hour is €50 instead of a full operating hour.
That is the whole list. There is no other line on your quote.
How our prices sit against the Greek market
The table below is not our price list. It is a record of what the Greek market was asking in July 2026, taken from vendors' own published pages and event directory listings, and it is here so you have something to measure against.

Market ranges observed July 2026. The overall figure quoted for weddings spans roughly €300–1000, and international marketplace listings for Greece show a much wider spread (roughly €86–€1499) because they mix full event packages with two-hour minimums. None of these are our prices.
Where we sit. Essential (€480) is inside the market range for a classic booth, a little above the middle. Signature (€730) with a magic mirror sits inside the mirror range. Ultimate (€1100) does not compare directly with the 360 line, because it includes two booths running together, not one.
Our difference is not that we are the cheapest — it is that the number is published, final, and does not change once you get the quote.
How to compare two photo booth quotes fairly
Two quotes that look alike rarely are. Before you look at the headline number, check the same five things on both:
- Hours — how many operating hours are included, and what an extra hour costs.
- Prints — unlimited, or capped? A print cap changes the entire cost per guest.
- Attendant — present for the full booking, or only for setup?
- Digital gallery — is it included, and when is it delivered?
- Travel — is travel to your venue inside the figure, or added later, and at what rate?
Two quotes €100 apart usually differ on one of those five, not on quality. Our written quote is itemised line by line, with the final total shown before you commit.
Which package fits your event
- Christening, party or small reception — Essential (€480) covers it: 3 hours of a classic booth with unlimited prints is enough for the busy part of the night.
- Wedding or large reception — Signature (€730): 4 hours, a magic mirror if you want the centrepiece, a guestbook album so something stays in your hands, and full custom design matched to your invitation.
- Younger crowd, or a corporate event aiming at social content — Ultimate (€1100): a 360 booth and a classic booth running together, so you get both shareable video and printed keepsakes.

What does a 3–4 hour package include?
At €480 you get unlimited prints for the whole booking, a props box, an attendant present throughout, a backdrop, your names and date printed on every photo, and an online gallery of all photos the next day. Setup and takedown are not charged separately. Signature and Ultimate add a guestbook album, a premium backdrop and full custom design.
How much is an extra hour?
€110 per hour on Essential and €150 per hour on Signature or Ultimate — final prices with VAT included. You can add it in advance so the quote already shows your real total. Across the Greek market an extra hour ran at roughly €100, and up to €150 for a magic mirror, when prices were recorded in July 2026.
How does location affect the cost?
In Attica nothing is added — the travel fee is zero. Outside Attica the fee is fixed by band: €220 up to 150 km, €450 from 150 to 300 km, and €700 over 300 km. An overnight of €110 is added when the event is more than 250 km away or ends after 23:00. Island tickets and equipment freight are charged at cost on top.

The package price is the one you see: €480, €730 or €1100. What changes over summer weekends is availability, not the figure — popular dates go first, and Saturdays in high season go earliest. If you have a date in mind, ask about it early rather than waiting for the rest of the plan to settle.
